Plagiarised materials would not be acceptedand no marks would be awarded for the work.  ASSIGNMENT QUESTIONYou are asked to write a REPORT based on the situation below.  Open University Malaysia, in its effort to offer world class education is improving its opendistance learning programme to attract more students and to produce better quality students.As a new Research Officer at Open University Malaysia, you have just been appointed to lead a research team to survey and identify problems faced by students in their opendistance learning so that measures can be taken by university for improvement. Youhave to submit a long report to your superior.Your task is to:1) Write the report;a)Refer to Topic 10 of your module –  Writing Long Reports;  b)Identify problem areas;c)Formulate survey questions;d)Write your report; ande)Write your recommendations.  STUDENT GUIDE 1. Your report should have the following criteria: (a)INTRODUCTION (5 marks) -Presents the purpose of report and describe proposal or action that needto be taken;  (b)BODY (8 marks) -Describes the present situation, identify the problems at least 4 (FOUR);-In this section you can also describe need for changes, or describe anycosts and/or benefits that involved;  (c)CONCLUSIONS (5 marks) -Evaluates changes and provide recommendationsIn writing your report, try to be as detailed as you could, by giving in-depthdescriptions of the problems and recommendations. Appendix: Please include the survey questions in your appendix. (2 marks) 2.   There should be a very systematic exploration of the topic.3. The discussion should be thorough and enough to support your stand.4. Your chain of thoughts must not be faulty and all your paragraphs should becoherent.5.
