Innearly every major metro market,it is cheaper to buy a home thanrent. Rents have been on the rise thelast ew years and are predicted tocontinue to rise. Meanwhile, homeaordability is at record highs, whichmeans that buying a home is morewithin reach to the median incomeamily.3. Inventories o or-sale homesare shrinking. Ned Davis Researchestimates that excess inventories o homes to be eliminated by the end o next year. “When excess supply driesup, people start building more new houses, which has the virtuous eecto reducing the unemployment rateand increasing the economy generally,”according to the USA oday article.4. Mortgage rates are at record lows.Mortgage rates have hovered nearrecord lows or weeks, which hashelped pushing housing aordability higher. Heatoil in skillet on medium/high heat; add chicken andcook 3 min. on each side or until browned. Removechicken, reserve drippings in skillet. Sauté onionand garlic in hot drippings 3-4 min. or until tender.Add orange and lime juice, and cook 2 min., stirring to loosen particles rom bottom o skillet. Stir inbeans and broth; add chicken and bring to a boil.Reduce heat and simmer 10 min. or until chicken isdone. Remove chicken breasts and slice.
