They were also instructed to bring their own water in the school. Handwashing activity was conducted before and after every meal. Proper way of brushing one’s teeth was also monitored by the teachers. Clean restrooms were maintained. Proper use of restrooms were monitored by the teachers from time to time to have assurance that the learners were practicing what they learned. 5. Others Lesson integration was done by the teachers in all their subjects. Weekly health check-up was done by the teachers. Vegetable gardening/production was done with the parents and learners. C. ISSUES AND CONCERNS FACILITATING FACTORS (Discuss major outstanding factors that contributed to the successful implementation.) Teamwork served as the outstanding factor that contributed to the successful implementation of the various programs and activities. Assigned personnel worked as a team in the execution of the planned programs and activities. They exhausted all the means in order to prepare, acquire, and execute the program or activity assigned to the given team. HINDERING FACTORS (Discuss major factors that caused delay or impeded implementation.) Suspension of classes hindered the implementation of the program. The LGU considered the safety of the learners during bad weather as forecasted by PAGASA. RECOMMENDATIONS / ASSISTANCE NEEDED It is hereby recommended that DepEd will hire Health personnel intended for the school alone in order to have right personnel who oversee the implementation of the various programs. This will lessen the load given to the teacher so that they could focus more on their primary function  –  to teach the learners. Prepared by: MARIA MILANE M.
